Plant Integrated Work System (IWS) Manager (2005-2006)
Led and coordinated IWS cultural change efforts, coaching and developing pillar leaders, teams, and problem-solving efforts. In response to Hurricane Katrina, led a two-week design, construction, conversion, and start-up of a Millstone Coffee line.
